God Bless Anbumani Ramadoss

I personally am a big fan of the Union Health Minister. Thanks to him and his anti-smoking campaign, I and a lot of my friends have been able to resign from their smoking habits.

This is how one starts. It is said that smokers always befriend smokers. You always get attached to the people with whom you smoke. And later, because you are attached to a person, you smoke! And, so the friendship and the smoking grow!! Now, thanks to Ramadoss, there are no “smoking friends.” Anybody who really wants to quit will not find a better time than this to do so.

I wish Ramadoss all the luck with his new campaign again fairness creams…May he be able to bring fairness to the fairness business!!

Good to hear that you quit. 🙂
It is you who has to say ‘NO SMOKING’; not Ramadoss. I feel that the smokers usully don’t listen to any ministers. If there is no availability people will turn to other dangerous ‘stuffs’. Thank god! that’s not done yet.

If you remember, the arrack ban in Kerala caused a lot of people to loose eye sight by consuming spurious liquor. I’ve seen a lot of people quitting soming/drinking because of health issues. If you scare them on these, they stop. I guess you aren’t from that category.
For eg: in US the cigarette packets has the Cancer infection picture on it. I would think twice before using those ciagrettes 🙂

@Mambo: What you say is true…If one has to quit, it HAS to be his/her own decision. I had taken a decision to quit and did so. But, with any bad habits, it is easier to quit if you are completely away from the influence of it. Atleast that is true for me.
